This album captures a live Buchla performance—an electric instrument devoid of constraints, allowing Ciani to transcend the limitations of the acoustic realm.

Inspired by the ocean, she leverages the Buchla’s live interactive capabilities to animate her compositions, immersing listeners in a spatially dynamic, quadrophonic experience.

The mandate was to to decorate the sleeve of the album’s vinyl record and encapsulate the album’s essence using impactful visuals and specialized printing techniques. Overcoming the challenge of visually representing sound, the design aims to evoke the album’s immersive journey.
